Not always. Just like all technology, tech in classrooms can make some tasks more efficient, but can more often be distracting, dysregulating, or expose children to harmful content. Studies show that there is very little evidence of technology intended for education, also known as “ed-tech,” aiding learning, and robust evidence showing that ed-tech impairs learning in children.
